Ingredients: Organic Flours (GLUTEN) (organic stoneground wholegrain rye, wheat and spelt flours), Water, Salt (Himalayan rose pink and sea salt), extra virgin olive oil. The flour blend may include wheat, rye, spelt, khorasan, oat, barley, einkorn cereal grains flours. Depending on the type ordered may include SUNFLOWER, PUMPKIN, CUMIN, FENNEL, CARAWAY, CORIANDER SEEDS.
