We use the best ingredients including regenerative organic flours from grains grown in UK. Most of the flours are from the Shipton Mill company, which works with local UK farmers who promotes biodiversity and natural resilience. We use natural leavens and slow fermentation processes to give our bread that unique and delicious aroma, texture and character.

We are a home based bakery with limited capacity so all bread is baked for pre-orders. Sometimes bread shape and color may vary, the weight in the description relates to the pre-baked dough weight. Some of the items might not be available for a specific day or for a specific pick-up time due to the baking process.
