All flours are sourced within the UK from suppliers such as Gilchester Organics, Shipton Mill, Bruern Farms and Hodmedods companies that work closely with local UK farmers to promote biodiversity and natural resilience.
We rely on natural leavens and slow fermentation processes to give our bread its unique and delicious aroma, texture and character. As a home-based bakery with limited capacity, all bread is baked to order for pre-orders only. Occasionally bread shape and colour may vary, and the weight listed in the description refers to the pre-baked dough weight. Some items may not be available on a specific day or for a particular pick-up time due to the timing of our baking process.
